Mystical Mirrors
The entire creation is an intuitive journey from tearing of paper, water volume and colour, to brush movement and paper scrolling. Images appear in the drying process and these are outlined with metallic paint. Visionary symbols are spontaneously added. All watercolours are of natural plant pigments and the water immersed metallic shavings contain minimal preservatives. The paper is cotton based. To ensure the integrity and longevity of the painting, the custom box framing is sealed museum conservation quality with acid free mats and backing.
